This website works without tracking. We only process personal data if you contact us via a form or book a trip.
1. Controller

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, its provisions apply in addition.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the website eurobus-sportreisen.ch. Bookings made in the EUROBUS Reisemarkt, the website eurobus.ch and the handling of your trip are governed by the privacy policy of EUROBUS AG published on eurobus.ch.
3. Accessing the website
When you access this website, the web server records in log files the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the browser used and the page visited beforehand. These data serve to provide the website securely and reliably and to defend against attacks, and are deleted after a short period. The website is hosted in Switzerland.
The website sets one technically necessary session cookie, which protects the forms against misuse. It contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
4. Forms
Via the quote form on the Coach hire page and the contact form on the About us page, you send us details such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and travel requirements. We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a quote. The enquiry is transmitted by email to the group travel team of EUROBUS AG and is retained there for as long as is necessary for its handling and for statutory retention obligations.
5. Bookings in the EUROBUS Reisemarkt
Sports trips are not booked on this website but in the EUROBUS Reisemarkt (reisemarkt.eurobus.ch or to.reisemarkt.ch), a booking system operated by EUROBUS AG. The data collected there, in particular payment data, are processed in accordance with the privacy policy of EUROBUS AG. Credit card payments are processed via Saferpay of SIX Payment Services; card details do not reach us.
6. Third-party fonts and images
The website loads the typeface of the wordmark via Adobe Fonts (Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd.) and the body typeface via Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia). When these are loaded, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider. Bunny Fonts does not keep logs; Adobe Fonts counts font requests for licence billing without setting cookies.
Images of the travel offers are loaded from the image server of our travel system pressmind (pressmind GmbH, Germany). In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to that server.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent and fast presentation of the website.
7. Disclosure of data
We disclose your data to third parties only where this is necessary for handling your enquiry or trip (for example to service providers such as event organisers or ticket vendors), where we are legally obliged to do so, or where you have given your consent. Processors engaged for hosting and email are contractually bound to comply with data protection requirements.
8. Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data, to have inaccurate data rectified, to erasure, to restriction of processing and to receive your data in a commonly used format. You may withdraw any consent at any time. To do so, please contact web@eurobus.ch or write to the address given above.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern.
9. Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or required by statutory obligations. Data transmission on this website is encrypted (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
