Information:
Good to know before you book.

Everything that applies to your sports trip, in three chapters: how to book and pay, what matters on the day of travel and how you are protected. For anything else, we are just a phone call away.

Book online, ticket on the coach

Payment by Visa, Mastercard, PostFinance or Twint; confirmation is sent by email and your ticket is handed out by the driver.

10 minutes before departure

The timetable is binding. If you miss the coach, you can collect a booked ticket from the driver on site.

Travel money protected

EUROBUS is a member of the Swiss Travel Industry Guarantee Fund. Your payments and your return journey are secured.

Booking and
pay.

Online, by phone or by invoice: how your booking is made and how your payment is protected.

Booking and payment

We recommend booking online with credit card payment. Once the booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation by email. A booking without a confirmation email has not been completed correctly. Bookings by phone can be accepted. Invoices can be issued; for this we charge an administrative fee of CHF 3.– per invoice.

Credit cards and security

The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and PostFinance Online Banking, as well as Twint for online bookings. Paying by credit card is completely secure. To protect your data, we work directly with Saferpay from SIX Payment Services.

Coach travel and tickets

Coach-only bookings are possible where explicitly stated in the offer.

Tickets can only be purchased from us in combination with a journey. You will receive your tickets directly on the coach from your driver or tour guide.

On the
travel day.

What applies at the departure point, what to bring and what happens if the programme changes.

Arrival at the departure point

The timetable is binding. We cannot wait for delayed train arrivals or the like. We recommend arriving at the departure point 10 minutes before the start of the journey. There is no entitlement to transport if you arrive late at the departure point. If you miss the coach and have booked a combined package with a ticket, the ticket can be collected from the driver on site.

ID documents

Don't forget to bring your valid identity card or passport on journeys abroad.

Programme changes and liability

Programme changes remain reserved. In the event of programme changes, we will contact you by phone or email.

The organiser accepts no liability for unforeseeable events such as match postponements, match abandonments, weather conditions, breakdowns, terrorism, traffic congestion, etc. Our prices do not include cancellation or return travel insurance.

Protection and
cancellation.

When a trip is cancelled, what applies in the event of a cancellation and how your travel money is protected.

Trip cancellation

A fixed minimum number of participants applies to our trips. If this number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the trip up to 24 hours before departure. The transport portion of the amount paid will be refunded. The tickets remain valid. Any further claims on your part are excluded. In exceptional cases, the journey takes place in a minibus when numbers are low.

Cancellation by the traveller

The booking is binding and cannot be cancelled. In the event of no-show, the travel price paid will not be refunded. If you are unable to travel, please contact your cancellation insurance provider.

A substitute traveller can be notified to us free of charge. Rebooking to another date, where possible, is subject to a handling fee of CHF 20.– per file.

Travel guarantee

EUROBUS AG is affiliated to the statutory Swiss Travel Industry Guarantee Fund. The travel money you have paid is therefore protected: in the event of insolvency, your payments are secured and your return journey is guaranteed.
