- **How do I book and pay?** We recommend booking online with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PostFinance or Twint. Confirmation is sent by email. Bookings by phone are possible; invoices are subject to a CHF 3.– fee.
- **Can I book just the coach journey?** Coach-only travel is possible where explicitly stated in the offer. Tickets are only available together with a journey and are handed out on the coach by your driver or tour guide.
- **What happens if a trip is cancelled?** A minimum number of participants applies to every trip. If a trip is cancelled up to 24 hours before departure, the transport portion is refunded; the tickets remain valid.
- **Is my travel money protected?** EUROBUS AG is affiliated to the statutory Swiss Travel Industry Guarantee Fund. Your payments are protected and your return journey is guaranteed.
